How long will it take to repair my vehicle?
Definition of STRA:
Short-Term Rental Accommodation: Any dwelling used commercially to provide temporary or short-term lodging.
Can I bring my own parts for repairs?
Key Requirements:

Smoke and Heat Alarms:
- Must comply with AS3786 standards.
- Required to be installed in hallways outside bedrooms, on each storey, and on the ceiling.
- Alarms must be interconnected and powered either by the main electricity supply or have a 10-year lithium battery.

Evacuation Diagrams / Block Plans:
- Diagrams must be placed inside each bedroom and behind the main entry door.
- They must comply with AS3745, showing emergency routes, exit points, fire equipment, assembly points, and emergency contacts (000 and Emergency+ app).
- Diagrams need to be correctly oriented and include essential information for emergencies.

- Class 1a buildings (houses): Require smoke and heat alarms and evacuation diagrams.
